The Peak 8 Penthouse has a contemporary mountain look and is quite unique in Breckenridge, CO.

The home was designed to maximize the views and make the best use of the proximity to the ski area. Designed with a main hallway and two wings the home’s exterior is a treat with the eye because of it’s large windows, multi-dimensional facade  (wood paneling, stucco, and stone). Bold Rectangular shapes are offset by a slight asymmetry.  This three-story home is very open, lively, and contemporary.
