Its exterior comprises a partially exposed natural cedar siding treated with a new nanotechnology coating to preserve the natural finish. To add character, Karp Associates (KA)  paired this with a cement board panel system set over a rubber membrane and framed the triple-glazed doors and windows imported from Ireland.
