Grail Construction, LLC

Grail Construction is one of the younger firms on the list. It started providing its services in 2012. Those services include residential, commercial, and tenant improvements. Owner Tim Smith has an extensive background in the business. Before owning his practice, Smith began working as the field superintendent for Farwest Development and Construction, LLC, where he would rise through the ranks and become the General Operating Manager after three years. The project below is one of the firm’s notable projects, the remodel of the Catalina Foothills home. Some challenges included major water damage and disconnected roof rafters. The firm addressed these issues and provided an updated living room and library area. The library’s floor plan has a sophisticated appeal with various bookshelves, desks, chairs, windows, and yellow lighting. All this contributes to a refined room with a view of the outdoor space. East Coast Contractors, LLC

Michael Ablin and Richard Lindsay are the owners of East Construction, LLC. The pair established the firm in 2005, and they have been offering a broad range of architectural design services, business consultation services, and other construction services ever since.
