19 Min Read

Texas’ fifth largest city hosts outstanding museums, several festivals, and a bustling local arts scene. Fort Worth is even the home of the world’s first and biggest indoor rodeo.

In addition to being a being an exciting tourist destination, Fort Worth is a great place to settle down. As the second hottest housing market in the U.S. (second only to Las Vegas) and with a booming job market, Fort Worth attracts families and professionals from expensive cities outside of Texas looking for a big home “with a yard for their dog,” according to the Wall Street Journal.

Those looking to build a new home can turn to the many custom home builders in Fort Worth, who have designed and built the most extravagant and beautiful homes in the North Texas area for decades. These home builders were chosen and ranked based on their awards, certifications, and expertise in construction.

If you are thinking about building a custom home, we recommend checking each builder’s license with the local licensing board, speaking to past clients, and using our bidding system to get competitive quotes from at least 3 contractors. Getting multiple bids is the best way to ensure you get a fair price and that bids include the complete scope of work.
