The most prominent style in the English colonies throughout the 18th century, Georgian colonial-style homes can be distinguished by their symmetrical composition and their formal, classical details. Typically, this type of home is a two-story residence made of brick or stone. These homes also have a side-gabled roof and a symmetrical arrangement of windows and doors on the front facade.

All of these firms are known for quality craftsmanship and have built homes for numerous clients. Some of these firms are also affiliated with industry organizations like the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and have been featured in publications like At Home, Luxe, US Builders Review, and SRQ Magazine.
